For owner-led service businesses.
Owner-led service businesses live on two things. Winning new commercial accounts, and keeping the ones already on the books. I help you do both, using AI as a practical tool, not a slogan. Built by an operator who has run the commercial side of a real business, for insurance agencies, logistics and freight brokers, and travel operators.
I'm an operator who learned AI, not an AI consultant who read a few articles about your business.
The reality
Every new account starts with paperwork. Quotes, submissions, proposals, bids. It is slow, it is repetitive, and it is the bottleneck between you and revenue.
The business runs on you. The accounts you win, the fires you put out, the things only you know how to do. That does not scale, and it does not let you step back.
Some people produce, some coast, and the difference stays invisible until a number slips. You are managing on instinct instead of on what is actually happening.
Good people are expensive and hard to find, and another salary does not fix a process problem. You need the work to take less work, not more bodies.
Reporting on your book, your pipeline, your retention. Someone has to pull it together by hand every time, so you get it late, or you do not get it at all.
You have heard the pitch a hundred times. What you have not heard is a plain answer about which part of your work it touches and what changes when it does.
How it works
We get on a call, twenty minutes, no pitch. You tell me what is eating your time and where accounts are slipping. I tell you straight whether AI can help with it or not.
If there is a fit, we scope one thing. Not a transformation, one workflow that is costing you, with a clear start and finish. You know the price and the outcome before we begin.
I build it with the people who will use it, not in a vacuum. When the engagement ends, it runs without me, and your team knows how it works.
For around sixteen years I've run the commercial side of owner-led service businesses: sales and marketing, client relations and retention, RFP and contract work end to end, sourcing and procurement, supplier and partner management, team leadership, and the cross-functional operations that hold it together. That skill stack is the asset. It doesn't belong to any one industry, and I've proven it in three.
The longest stretch was travel. I ran a corporate travel agency and outbound tour operation at a head-of-operations level, with shared P&L responsibility and a team of 45. I won corporate and institutional accounts, kept them on the books, and ran the operation that delivered them. The job was simple to describe and hard to do. Win the account, keep the account, and run a tight shop while you do both.
Logistics was the second. In a fuel logistics business, I own the RFP and contract work end to end. I prepare and present the bids, negotiate the contracts, and run sourcing and procurement on real budgets and hard deadlines, including through formal procurement platforms. Different cargo, same commercial discipline.
Insurance was the third. I'm licensed in commercial lines and write across commercial auto, general liability, property, inland marine, and health, including through carriers such as Allianz. The product changes from one account to the next. The job underneath it doesn't. Win the account, then serve it well enough that it renews.
Three industries, one constant. An owner-led service business lives or dies on the same two things: winning new commercial accounts, and keeping the ones already on the books. That is the problem I've worked from the inside for sixteen years, and it's the one I solve now. AI is the tool I use to do it. It is not the thing I'm selling you. You're hiring an operator who has run the commercial side of a real business and who builds with AI, not an AI consultant who read a few articles about your work.
Tell me where the pressure is. If AI can help, I will show you how. If it cannot, I will tell you that too, and you will not have wasted the call.
Pick a time that works for you.
